How do I make an appointment?

If you are a current client of The Lab, meaning you have experienced services within the past 6 months, you can book appointments online or with the mobile app via Vagaro.


Unfortunately due to extremely high demand, if you are a new client or it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment, The Lab cannot accommodate you at this time. 

If you have an outstanding gift card you would like to redeem, are a business or influencer looking for complementary services, or would like to be considered for a "one time" appointment (such as a bride or tourist), please contact The Lab.

Do you take walk-ins?

No. The Lab is a one-on-one, appointment only concept that runs on a strict appointment only schedule. 

Do you have a waitlist? 

Unfortunately the waitlist has been closed with 400 potential clients waiting. If you had previously signed up, you will be notified directly when an opening has occurred and it is your turn. Due to the large volume of potential clients waiting, a timeline is not available for when an opening at The Lab may occur. Requests to see what number you are on the waitlist will be politely declined. 

Do you have other nail technicians in the area you would recommend? 

Unfortunately I have yet to find another nail salon or nail professional I would go to myself, and because of this, I do not make recommendations. 

Do you sell gift cards? 

Gift cards are available for purchase if the recipient is a current client. If you would like to purchase one, please contact The Lab.

If you have an outstanding gift card you would like to redeem, please contact The Lab. 

Gift cards are not redeemable for cash, and are valid for 5 years from purchase date. Service fees will be deducted from the card after the first year until its maturity date. 


When will my order ship?

Every order is packaged with love and care in Charleston, SC. The Lab processes and ships orders Sunday's and Monday's, during normal business hours, unless otherwise noted. You'll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your items ships. 

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 

Lunula Nail Lab does not accept returns, but we do accept exchanges for t-shirts within seven days of receipt. For the exchange to be accepted, the t-shirt must be unused, free from damage, and in its original packaging. The Lab reserves the right to refuse the exchange based on the condition of the items.
